He wants to be right there with you, at every single moment, surrounding you with His presence and His powerful Word!

Walk in Peace, Because God's Word Is Your Strength!

You know, for years I would find myself worrying, praying for peace, asking God to just make all the stressful things go away. But then I realized something powerful: God has already given us peace! It's not something we need to pray for, but something we need to access. He already provided it for us, like a gift wrapped with a big ribbon! The Amplified Bible says in John 14:27: "My peace I leave with you, not as the world gives do I give unto you. Stop allowing yourselves to be upset and Disturbed and don't permit yourself to be fearful and intimidated." He simply bequeaths it to us! So when anxious thoughts try to creep in, to steal your peace, you have to remember: His Word, His truth, is alive and active! [Hebrews 4:12, 266] You don't have to be tossed back and forth by the circumstances! You can learn to trust Him and walk in this peace, knowing that if you stick with God and His Word, you will be changed from glory to glory [2 Corinthians 3:18, 14]. Sometimes we need to be honest with ourselves: Is what you're doing working?

If not, maybe it's time to try something different – to lean on Him, to let His Word simply be an anchor for your soul!
