Shipping Information


It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please note that, at times unexpected delays may occur which TANAOR has no control over, such as bad weather, incorrect address information, availability of the product, shipment being held by local customs, etc.

All orders processed during business hours from Sunday until Thursday are dispatched the following business day. Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:

Local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import taxes, etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and at his or her own expense.

All packages are fully insured, and the shipping time frames described above apply to orders shipped within the USA. The time frames mentioned above for shipping include production times.


Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request and after your order has been fulfilled. 


Orders shipping internationally are subjected to additional local taxes, customs and duties fee. 


If you refuse your shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to TANAOR. 


Once your order has been shipped out, we are not responsible for any losses or damages in transit. The customer's responsibility is to follow the tracking information provided and contact the courier, to monitor the delivery of the shipment. Our customer success team is happy to help you in recovering an item to the best of our ability, however, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided. 


When your order ships, you will receive your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
