SHIPPING METHODS & CHARGES

For Domestic Shipping Times (U.S.):

It usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process and ship out your order. The estimated shipping date is based on the selected shipping method. Shipping dates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please note that, at times unexpected delays may occur which TANAOR™ has no control over, such as bad weather, incorrect address information, availability of the product, shipment being held by local customs, etc.

All orders processed during business hours from Sunday until Thursday are dispatched the following business day. Your order will be shipped to the specified address according to the shipping method selected during checkout:

PLEASE NOTE!

Local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import taxes, etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and at his or her own expense.

The shipping time frames described above apply to orders shipped within the USA. The time frames mentioned above for shipping include production times.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting or canceling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that, as our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update it after it has been fulfilled. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping internationally are subject to additional local taxes, customs, and duty fees. 

The delivery time varies depending on the route/destination. It typically takes 2-5 business days for Express shipments to arrive. Standard shipments usually take between 6-14 business days. Note that this time range does not include warehouse fulfillment time or any delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or pandemic-related conditions.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse your shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to TANAOR. 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, our team will be happy to assist with the carrier and do our best to help resolve the issue; however, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund, except where required by law.

For added peace of mind, you can purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers eligible orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order ships, you will receive your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
