Perhaps focus on the plating instead of the packaging would be a good start. All the edges on this piece are sharp and have caused scratches. The original piece lost alot of its plating, which is why it was returned to begin with. This replacement has entirely different mistakes. Very disappointed, unwearable and cheaply made. My sweet husband got taken by your company all in the name of surprising me with something unique.
I purchased the medium White gold cross for my fiance sandra as a gift. She noticed it on social media and expressed a strong interest in it being a devoted Christian. I truly couldn't say no to her. She had been researching it for a few days and I had ordered it to surprise her. It had arrived very quickly just before mother's day. SHE LITERALLY HAS NOT TAKEN IT OFF YET. I was surprised it was as heavy as it was and purchased a stronger and shorter white gold chain for it. It certainly has been a blessing 🙌 🙏 she came across it. It's one of her treasured items. Ordering was a breeze and I got regular updates on shipping status. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. The cross is larger and heavier than I expected. I absolutely love it and have received numerous compliments.
We got crossed and a bill and look awesome. The wife loves her and I love mine. We wear them everywhere. We’ve gotten a lot of compliments how beautiful they are and we wear them 24 hours a day thank you so much well worth the money.
I really like this necklace but the back of the cross isn't flush with the rest of the cross. I don't know if this is normal or if this is a warranty item.

I recently was diagnosed with Osteoporosis, Alpha Gal and possible Prostate Cancer. As soon as I got the cross, the mental depression I was experiencing disappeared.
