The use of the TANAOR™ site is only for people and entities able to form legally binding agreements with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use.
By purchasing from the TANAOR™ Collection, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRIVACY POLICY 

Respecting your privacy is of great importance to us at TANAOR™.
When you register at our site, you will be asked to submit some personal information, such as your name, contact information and credit card info.

TANAOR™ will safeguard your personal information and will never sell, transfer, rent or trade your information to any unauthorized third party.

The personal information will be used for order confirmations, shipping, updates and for customer service.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

 All products purchased from TANAOR™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such products pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier.

TANAOR™ offers shipping to the countries detailed on the TANAOR™ website. The recipient specified on the delivery address must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty, import taxes, etc.) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are at his or her own expense.   

TANAOR™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond TANAOR™’s original delivery estimates.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TANAOR™ strives to be as accurate as possible regarding the design, colors and style of the products that appear on this site, as compared to the actual ones.

However, TANAOR™ does not warrant that the content (such as, but not only, product descriptions and pictures) are complete or error-free. Variations caused by technical, digital, or photographic reasons or factors may occur.
Events which are not reasonably foreseeable (such as conflict, embargo, fire, natural disaster, strikes, etc.) shall be considered force majeure, meaning that TANAOR™ is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements in such cases.

CHANGES  POLICY

Please note that this policy constitutes an integral part of the website terms, and that all parties are involved in the Agreement. TANAOR™ reserves the right to make changes in our policies at any given time. Notification of such changes will be posted on this page. In any case, if you continue to use this site after the change, you will be seen as agreeing to such changes. If you do not agree to the terms of this policy and modifications in whole or in part, please discontinue use of the site. If you have any questions or comments about any of our policies, please contact us.

ADDITIONAL CHANGES

TANAOR™ reserves the right to change any information including but not limited to prices and terms of purchase without prior notice. In case a product is sold out, TANAOR™ has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid and shall also have the possibility to notify the costumer of equivalent replacement products. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

You are entitled to exchange our products within 30 days of their arrival.
If you want to exchange to other styles, you will be charged for the difference in price.
All returned and exchanged items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, and for all returned items you will be charged the costs associated with return shipping. TANAOR is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Sale Items:

You are entitled to exchange sales products with a discount until 20% within 30 days of their arrival. Discounts above 20% cannot be returned and only exchanges within 30 days from their arrival and according to the exchange policy will be accepted. 

Item purchased on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item for exchange.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase sale items during promotional sale periods Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All below items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Engraved products

  • Custom- made products

  • Gold & Diamonds products 
  • Gift cards

  • Final sales products
  • Items on Sale:  items purchased on sale (discounted at 20% or more from the original price) are not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that you may change your mind. Therefore, we offer an exchange for any item bought at a discounted rate of 20% or more. The item must be returned in its original condition and within the specified return period.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Are you shipping worldwide?

Our goal at TANAOR Jewelry is to provide as many people as possible access to our products; in line with this vision, we ship worldwide. Unfortunately, there are a few countries around the globe that we do not ship to since either local government policies (e.g., embargos) or logistical challenges prevent us from securely, quickly, and reliably sending our products to them.

How much do I pay for shipping?

The cost of shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express vs. Standard). Our commitment to you is that we are 100% transparent with all international shipping costs in terms of shipping rates and Landed Costs (i.e., duties and taxes/fees) if you choose DDP (delivery duties paid). There will be no additional costs for you. If you do choose DDU (delivery duties unpaid), there will be additional costs to be paid upon delivery, and they are not always predictable.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time varies depending on the route/destination. It typically takes 2-5 business days for Express shipments to arrive. Standard shipments usually take between 6-14 business days. Note that this time range does not include fulfillment time in the warehouse or any delivery delays due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or pandemic-related conditions.

How do I pay duties/taxes?

Typically, pay duties and taxes at checkout when you place your order and choose DDP (delivery duties paid). This way, you not only see the total cost upfront before placing the order, but you also won’t have to pay again when the parcel is delivered. DDP also ensures faster customs clearance and predictable, lower landed costs since it is managed by our service provider’s network.  In the case of DDU, you will be asked to pay duties and taxes when the order is delivered to you.

How can I track my order?

TANAOR Jewelry provides you with a tracking number and link when your order is being fulfilled. You can track the status of your order through this tracking number and link as soon as your items have been picked up from the warehouse and scanned by the carrier, further updates are posted as your parcel is in transit and ultimately delivered to you. 

What is your Exchange and Returns Policy:

For international shipping outside of the USA only returns are available. There are no exchanges.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for shipment costs for returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds on taxes & duties.

In order to return an item please do the following:

  1. Return the item in its original packaging and put it into a bag/envelope
  2. On the airway bill please include your invoice number, your full name and your order number and note “Return shipment to US”.
  3. Mail your return using your carrier of choice to:

LIFETIME WARRANTY 

TANAOR was created to last a lifetime and is covered against any manufacturer’s defects (including issues regarding your nano Bible chip) for your entire ownership experience. Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of improper use, including but not limited to abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or damages caused by harsh chemicals.

Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time... this is normal and not covered under our lifetime warranty.

TANAOR’s warranty is limited to the original US customer, or in the case of a gift, the original US recipient of the product, with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from TANAOR or an authorized selling channel within the United States.

TANAOR will, at its option, replace or repair any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. TANAOR™ shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective Product is returned to TANAOR™

Please note- we do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  4. Scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain).

Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Pandora Product.
